Associate IT Health Check
You have been referred to this Associate IT Health Check by one of our clients who you are about to work with. There is no charge for this.
You will receive a phone call, and talked through remote access of your PCs.
During this IT Health Check we will do a check over the computers that you will use with our clients systems. We are checking for;
- You are encrypted
- You have Internet Security software
- You are correctly licensed
This will be reported back and held on file for our client.
If you like you can also have a full IT Health Check, as we have been connecting to you via our client there will be no charge for this. From this you will get a report of your Strengths and Weaknesses of your IT. Any weaknesses we will recommend solutions, and our prices should you wish for that to happen.
At the time of meeting you will need to go to https://sos.splashtop.com
Where you will download our remote access tool
Once run it will give you a 9 digit number to give to us. We will then guide you through the rest.
